Every service I offer exists because I tried it myself in my healing journey and it worked. Each modality under The Advocate's Umbrella represents a piece of my own healing - a tool, practice, or approach that helped me transform my deepest wounds into wisdom, my pain and suffering into my purpose and passion.
Through a blend of different modalities tailored to support your needs, I walk beside those facing lifeโs heaviest momentsโincluding suicidal thoughts or attempts, grief, sexual assault, domestic violence, anxiety, and or emotional dysregulation and deep overwhelm.

Transformational trauma-informed breathwork combines both conscious breathing techniques with trauma-sensitive practices to create safe pathways for emotional release, nervous system regulation, and personal transformation.
